1. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued once content has been accessed/downloaded.
2. Coaching Programs / Mentorship
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of enrollment, you may request a refund, provided:

You have attended all mandatory sessions in the first week

You have completed the assigned tasks
Requests must be sent to support@borntocoach.in with proof of purchase and activity.
3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
4. No Refund After 7 Days
After 7 days of program start, no refund requests will be entertained.
